•First-Time Clients: When selecting eCheck at checkout, first-time clients will use the Plaid application to securely link their banking institution, similar to how PayPal works when you log in during checkout. This ensures a safe and seamless transaction process.
•Returning Clients: Established clients who prefer manual check entry and wish to forgo using Plaid can provide an image of a voided check along with matching identification. Once submitted, we can save the banking information to their account for future use.
